| Submit Artwork
Calvert has received "art" in almost every conceivable
form, from scribble on a napkin to the most sophisticated
electronic files. Generally speaking, faxes, photocopies and
the infamous napkin are not considered finished art and do
require cleanup at a reasonable cost.
If you are submitting electronic art files via email or on
disc, here are some guidelines:
- Most of our vendors prefer vector EPS files in formats
like Illustrator, Freehand, Quark and Photoshop. The vast
majority of today's graphic departments have Mac-based systems.
- Generally, PDF and JPEG files, while fine for viewing
and web use, are not acceptable as artwork.
